Everton, Newcastle and Spurs have edge on Liverpool, Saints and Stoke
It’s hard to find a Premier League team who hasn’t been linked with Sandro Ramirez.
Ambitious Everton are 4/1 joint-favourites for his services as Toffees boss Ronald Koeman revealed he has scouted the player.
Promoted Newcastle United have pledged to back Rafa Benitez with every available penny this summer and he has proved a draw for fellow Spaniard before.
Tottenham are the same price as the Magpies, as Mauricio Pochettino plots attacking reinforcements for Harry Kane.
Vincent Janssen hasn’t quite stepped up yet, hence the interest in Sandro Ramirez.
Liverpool and Southampton come next in the betting on his future at 8/1 apiece.
Jurgen Klopp has more pressing priorities at Anfield than recruiting in attack, though.
The Saints, meanwhile, could change coach over the summer with speculation surrounding Claude Puel’s position.
Stoke City are big 25/1 outsiders to sign Sandro Ramirez and it is hard to see how the Potters can jump the queue.
Sevilla strong competition for PL contingent
Another transfer within Spain looks a distinct possibility, however.
Andalusia outfit Sevilla have a number of on-loan attacking options on their books at the moment.
The Bathtubs must decide whether to exercise buy-back clauses on the likes of one-time Manchester City teammates Stevan Jovetic and Samir Nasri, as well as Luciano Vietto.
Sandro Ramirez may be a better shout, though, as he’s done well domestically this term.
Sevilla are also 4/1 joint-favourites to sign him this summer.
Atletico Madrid have also been linked with Sandro Ramirez, but that interest seems to be based on the Vicente Calderon club selling star striker Antoine Griezmann and others.
That is reflected in Atleti’s odds of 16/1 in the market on this player’s future.
Borussia Dortmund identify Aubameyang replacement
A third club enjoys joint-favouritism in the betting at 4/1 and that is Borussia Dortmund.
The Wesfalenstadion outfit are often targeted for their talented players.
Dortmund top scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang should attract renewed interest from top European clubs this summer.
Sandro Ramirez is a similarly pacy forward, so if Aubameyang is sold then he could make for an ideal replacement.
The former’s old Barcelona teammate Marc Bartra is on the books at Dortmund too.
Whether replacing Aubameyang cheaply would go down well with the Yellow Wall remains to be seen, however.
