But will he leave White Hart Lane before September 1st?
Read on to find out our Dele Alli next club tips with Paddy Power.
Note that loan deals DO count.
Real Madrid – 17/2
Los Blancos have been known for signing English players over the years – more than any other La Liga outfit.
David Beckham, Steve McManaman, Michael Owen, Laurie Cunningham and Jonathan Woodgate have all donned the famous white jersey. But could Alli be next to join fellow ex-Spurs star Gareth Bale?
The Spurs young-gun is certainly of similar ilk to Bernabeu legend and current boss Zinedine Zidane.
After holding back on splashing out last summer, Real could well go all out this time.
With James Rodriguez and Isco possibly on the move too, Alli would be the perfect replacement.
Barcelona – 13/1
Barca have been far from their usual dominant self this season, either showing flashes of brilliance or the complete opposite.
Fresh blood could help their consistency, and who better to do that than one of Europe’s most highly rated young players?
The Catalan club also have an affinity with England, with Wembley being the place of their first European Cup triumph in 1991/92. While, they also have the St George’s Cross in their crest – the patron saint of both England and Catalonia.
Brits Gary Lineker, Mark Hughes and Steve Archibald have all turned out for Barca too.
With Andres Iniesta’s future at the Nou Camp in doubt, Alli could be seen as a direct replacement.
Chelsea – 16/1
Alli has previously stated his desire to play abroad, but still only 20 there’s plenty of time for him to have another challenge in England.
Likely champions Chelsea would only be a quick trip across London, and would be a place where he’s is more likely to win trophies in the short term.
There is no doubting that Tottenham have now become Premier League title contenders over the last couple of seasons.
But they don’t have strength in depth and the structure quite yet to challenge for competitions on all fronts.
Former Blue Wayne Bridge also recently stated that Chelsea should go for Alli, and likened him to Stamford Bridge legend and another free-scoring midfielder Frank Lampard.
Manchester United – 16/1
Manchester is another suitable destination for Alli, with both clubs challenging for honours every year.
United look like they’re beginning to get back on track, and with their spending power it’s looks inevitable they’ll claim a league title in the next season or two.
The Red Devils could certainly afford the Spurs star, though do they need him?
Manchester City – 8/1 (Dial-A-Bet)
City are perhaps a better shout to land Alli, with Pep Guardiola stating he wants to sign more English talent.
He’s half the price with Paddy Power to join them this summer too, though at the time of writing you’ll have to place your bet via their dial-a-bet service.

With Yaya Toure looking like he’ll finally leave, again Alli would be an ideal replacement.
