Rea on for our Europa League quarter-finals tips for April 20…
Man Utd v Anderlecht
Live at 20:05 BST on BT Sport 2.
Red Devils to score over 2.5
Amazingly, the Red Devils average six goals per game against Anderlecht when they’ve faced them at home – three times overall.
That is largely due to a 10-0 thumping of them in their first ever European Cup tie way back in the 1956/57 season.
But since then, they’ve also won 3-0 in 1968/69 – the campaign after their title triumph – and 5-1 in 2000/01.
This is their first tie Europe’s second-tier competition against the Belgian’s but, after their 2-0 win over Premier League leaders Chelsea, they have confidence ahead of this clash.
They are a tasty odds-against price of 11/10 with betway just to net over 2.5 goals again in 90 minutes.
Besiktas v Lyon
Live at 20:05 BST on BT Sport 3.
Share of the spoils in Istanbul
Two late goals from Lyon in the first leg ensured they take 2-1 lead into this clash in Turkey.
But the partisan crowd will have something to say in this tie, as not many go away from Istanbul will three points.
In fact, Besiktas have only lost once at home all season in all competitions in normal time.
The Black Eagles drew all three of their Champions League home clashes, so back them at 11/4 with Paddy Power to share the spoils again.
Genk v Celta Vigo
Live at 20:05 BST on BT Sport ESPN.
Aspas to net in normal time
Iago Aspas has been a revelation for Celta Vigo this season, despite them being down in 10th in their domestic league.
The former Liverpool flop is still the top scoring Spaniard in La Liga, with 16 goals, while he has 23 in all competitions.
Aspas has five strikes in his last seven Europa League matches, meanwhile, including in the first leg against Genk in a 3-2 victory.
He’s 3/2 with Sky Bet in the normal time scorer market again.
Schalke v Ajax
Live at 20:05 BST on BT Sport Showcase.
Ajax to win on the road
Bundesliga outfit Schalke have not enjoyed their domestic season in 2016/17, being way down in 11th in the table, and just five points above the drop zone.
Ajax, on the other hand, are a point off Eredivisie leaders Feyenoord, and are on a run of four straight wins in the Dutch top flight.
With a 2-0 lead going into this away clash, the Netherlands side are a great price to beat the Germans again at 3/1 with betway.
